Dear 47th Ward Residents,
I will be sponsoring a series of workshops for 47th Ward Residents to provide information on how to appeal the recent property tax assessments.
Monday, November 19th at 7:00 pm
Bell School – 3730 N. Oakley Ave.
Tuesday, November 20th at 7:00 pm
Sheil Park – 3505 N. Southport Ave.
Monday, November 26th at 7:00 pm
Welles Park – 2333 W. Sunnyside Ave.
In attendance will be representatives from the Office of Commissioner Joseph Berrios, Cook County Board of Review.
Please bring a pen, your last tax bill or last letter from Assessor’s Office, and the property’s pin number.
