ASNA Meeting Minutes, 12-10-07
Meeting location: Pat & Laurie Daley’s home, 1716 West Winnemac Avenue
Present: Chris Bayard, Marsha Bukala, John Gavin, Laurie Daley
The meeting was called to order at 7:15 p.m. by Chris.
Approval of Minutes
Minutes from the November 12, 2007 meeting were reviewed. Laurie moved to approve the minutes, and the motion was seconded by John.
Speed Bumps/Stop Signs
Chris indicated that all stop signs and speed bumps are in the works. John will get a petition from the alderman’s office regarding the requested stop sign at Paulina on Winona Avenue.
Committee Reports
Social : The new chairperson is Lisa Spiegler. We thank Katie for doing such a wonderful job over the past few years and look forward to working with Lisa.
Greening : Nothing to report.
Membership/Communications : Nothing to report.
Old Business/New Business
Chris will check with Alderman Schulter’s office to determine whether there is still time to file property tax appeals even though tax bills have already been paid.
The ASNA winter holiday party will be held this Sunday, December 16, 2007, at 6:30 p.m. at Lisa and Joe Spiegler’s home, 1712 West Carmen Avenue.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:38 p.m.. The next meeting will be held on Monday, January 14, 2008, at 7:00 p.m. at a location to be determined. (There will be no February ASNA meeting.)
